Windows & Door Installer

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday; Saturdays as needed) 

Overview: 

Skilled and dependable Windows & Door Installer. This is a field-based position responsible for installing windows, entry doors, patio doors, and related components with high-quality craftsmanship and strong attention to detail, and experience in residential or commercial window and door installation, communicates well, and works effectively as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Install windows, exterior doors, patio doors, and trim according to project specifications. 

• Measure, cut, level, and secure materials to ensure proper fit and alignment. 

• Remove and replace existing windows and doors while protecting customer property. 

• Perform high quality installation of trim. 

• Use ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently. 

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all safety standards. 

• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and customers as needed. 

• Represent the company with professionalism at all times. 

 Requirements: 

• Experience in window and door installation is required. 

• Understanding of construction techniques and building materials. 

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when necessary. 

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. 

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality. 

• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays based on workload or weather delays.

Work Environment:
