What We’re Looking For
Experience Requirements
- Prior experience in gutter installation (required for both positions).
- Leadership experience preferred for the Crew Lead role.
- Ability to work safely with ladders, power tools, and job-site equipment.
Skills & Qualities
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
- Able to perform physical work outdoors in all seasons.
Job Responsibilities
- Install gutters, downspouts, and gutter protection systems.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and job-site safety.
- For Crew Lead: oversee daily job operations and guide team members.
