Part-Time Wellness Coordinator

Isthmus Wellness is looking for a Part-Time Wellness Coordinator to join our team! This position will split time between our Madison and Sauk Prairie locations and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of the many moving pieces of a wellness clinic.

Our mission is to grow, serve, and educate our community through holistic health. We’re looking for someone who shares that passion and can help us create a welcoming, supportive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, organized, and committed to high standards. You should be an effective communicator and problem-solver who follows through on commitments and works accurately and efficiently.

Just as importantly, we're looking for someone with a warm personality who enjoys building trusting relationships with clients and coworkers. A willingness to learn, adaptability, and enthusiasm for natural wellness are essential.

Responsibilities Include:

• Communicate with clients by phone, text, email, and other platforms
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Welcome new clients and provide friendly clinic tours
• Educate clients about available wellness services and supplementary therapies
• Learn about our top health products and confidently share information with clients
• Discuss wellness options and therapy benefits with clients
• Set up clients for PEMF, salt chamber, and sauna sessions
• Support practitioners at both clinic locations
• Keep the wellness center clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Lift up to 20 pounds and comfortably navigate stairs

Schedule

Monday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM | Madison
Tuesday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM | Sauk Prairie
Wednesday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM | Madison
Thursday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM | Sauk Prairie
One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM | Madison

Compensation

$16.00–$19.00 per hour
