Zoetrope and Flipbook Animation

Zoetrope and Flipbook Animation @ Ruth Culver Community Library in Prairie du Sac starting @ 4 PM

Before film animation was prevalent, there were a number of devices that people created to show drawings or pictures in movement. The zoetrope is one such device, and participants at this event will learn how to build their own and either use a provided animation template or draw their own to go inside it. They'll also have the opportunity to try creating a flipbook animation. This event is for children in 5K through 5th grade. No registration is required unless you'd like to receive an email reminder.
