Line Cook/Prep Cook/Dishwasher

What you’ll do

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in menu planning and ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishwashing duties.
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
• Utilize knife skills for precise meal preparation while adhering to safety standards.
• Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed.
• Provide exceptional food service by plating dishes beautifully for presentation.

Basic qualifications

• Food handling license
• Familiarity with cooking techniques and food preparation methods is essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly valued but not required.
• Culinary experience with a focus on meal preparation and cooking skills.
• Knowledge of menu planning and catering services is a plus.
