About Us

Tail Society Dog Care provides dog walking and midday care to Sauk City, Prairie du Sac, and Merrimac, delivered right in your dog's own home.

We build custom routines designed just for your dog, backed by our team of trained pet pros, not just one individual sitter. Every team member is a W-2 employee, background-checked, bonded, and insured, and trained to the same standards, so you get a truly professional level of care and total peace of mind.

Tail Society exists to meet dogs' individual needs, give owners the connection to their dog they crave, and build routines where both can thrive. Every visit includes a storytelling-style update and photos, so you always know how your pup's day went.

Our founder is Fear Free Certified, and our whole team follows Fear Free practices. We check in on body language and mood throughout each visit and follow your dog's lead, going at their pace and adjusting to how they're feeling in the moment, so every visit stays positive, calm, and built on trust.

Most of our pup parents choose membership for their dog's routine. Membership means having at least one weekly recurring visit, and it unlocks a whole range of perks for you and your pup. As-needed visits are also available for occasional support during our standard hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.
