About Us

Sauk Prairie Remodeling (SPR) is a licensed and fully insured home repair and remodeling company grounded in a tradition of quality services. When Russ Breunig established SPR in 1989, he envisioned a company that focused on doing good work and treating customers right. Those simple but important values are what have helped make SPR the trusted and accomplished company that it is today. Russ and his wife, Kathie, are proud—and grateful—to have served the Sauk Prairie community for so long.

Small remodelers come and go, especially in a challenging economy. But not SPR. We’ve been finding creative solutions to people’s home repair and remodeling challenges for almost three decades. Our longevity is a testament to the exceptional work we’ve been providing the people of the Sauk Prairie area—many of them repeat customers.

As an SPR customer, you can be confident that our commitment to great service will show in the work we do for you. In fact, we make a concerted effort to follow up with you when we’re done. Our goal is never to just finish a project—we want a happy customer that’s satisfied with our work!

For the core services we offer, SPR provides in-house team members, not subcontractors. In other words, we do the work ourselves and proudly stand behind our services. This also enables us to control the workflow more effectively. That’s probably why we hear so often from our clients how “smoothly” their project went.
