Sauk Prairie Healthcare, founded in 1956, is a 37-bed, not-for-profit (501c3) acute care hospital located in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. The organization includes surgical specialty services and a growing network of primary care clinics in Mazomanie, Plain, Spring Green, Sauk City, Prairie du Sac, and Lodi.
Serving more than 45,000 residents across a 700-square-mile region—from Poynette to Lone Rock and Plain to Black Earth—Sauk Prairie Healthcare provides comprehensive, locally focused care. Patients benefit from experienced providers, specialty services including orthopedics, gynecology, and general surgery, and 24/7 emergency care.
