The Alliance has been lovingly restoring a patch of remnant (original) prairie in the DNR-owned portion of Badger since 2005. We are also helping the DNR with two new restoration projects. Work includes cutting and piling brush, pulling weeds, and monitoring the progress of the site.

Bring your own drinking water and wear long pants, long sleeves, and sturdy shoes. Tools and gloves are provided, but you're welcome to bring your favorite pair of gloves. We meet at the Badger museum just inside the gate along Highway 12.
