Sauk Prairie Healthcare, founded in 1956, is a 37-bed, not-for-profit (501c3) acute care hospital located in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. The organization includes surgical specialty services and a growing network of primary care clinics in Mazomanie, Plain, Spring Green, Sauk City, Prairie du Sac, and Lodi.
