About Us

My real estate career has evolved from a high-performing independent agent to a strategic brokerage owner. I joined Keller Williams in 2015, earned my Broker’s license in 2017, and consistently ranked in the top 20% of agents across the Madison offices. During this time, I became a Real Estate Negotiations Expert and a six-time BOLD graduate, building a foundation of authenticity and integrity.

From 2018 to 2019, I served as a Supervising Broker for Keller Williams. Moving beyond individual transactions, I oversaw agent orientations, contract education, and mediation hearings, gaining deep expertise in regulatory compliance and firm operations.

In January 2025, I launched Buchholz Home Team, LLC as an independent brokerage. As principal broker, I fully realize my vision for a client-centered, values-driven business model that balances empathetic leadership with strict fiscal and regulatory precision.
