The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily operation of restaurants, cafeteria, and other Food/Bev restaurants for the Devil’s Head Resort. Responsibilities include managing staff with focus on Front of the House to ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
