Badgerland Exteriors is a growing, family owned and operated business serving Dane and
Sauk counties.
We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and transportation
- Clean background check and clean driving record
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and adapt to a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity are requirements in our team atmosphere.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Solid customer communication skills are a must. We expect all team members to communicate respectfully to our customers and one another.
- Ability to work outside on a daily basis throughout the four seasons
- Experience in home exteriors is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation will be offered based on experience. Wages start at $20/hr.
- Work will be evaluated after 30 days and annually for pay increase opportunities.
- Retirement fund contributions available for full time employees after one year of employment
