Arborist/Grounds Person

Pay range: $20.00-$24.00 per hour. Potential new employee shall anticipate performing manual labor. Lifting, carrying, dragging, crouching, kneeling, walking, and standing for long periods of time. Employee required to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis. Duties include carrying and dragging brush, branches, and debris. Raking, shoveling, and performing clean up duties. After training, employee may operate motorized equipment such as mini skid steer, brush chipper, and stump grinding machines. Safety is of utmost priority. Helmets/hardhats are required for all operations. Clean driving record required. Driving trucks and pulling trailers is required. Experience backing up a trailer is preferred. Work starts at 7am. End time varies due to the job and work load, but typically done around 3:30-5:30pm. Monday thru Thursday, sometime Fridays. Schedule and hours can be flexible, if planned in advance. We work year-round, in all types of weather. No experience required, but willingness to work hard, learn, and be on time, required. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
