We have been in business for 6 years, and experience exceptional growth each year.  As we grow, we’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Inventory / Shipping Associate to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Summary:

The Inventory/Shipping Associate is responsible for inventory, packaging, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. This role ensures products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of inventory control including receiving, storage, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

• Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

• Kit and package product 

• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure inventory is labeled and stored correctly.

• Leverage partner websites to ensure off site stock levels are maintained.

• Schedule and coordinate daily shipments (domestic and international) with carriers (UPS, USPS, freight).

• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of all outgoing shipments to meet quality and compliance standards.

• Continuously improve processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, or logistics (3+ years preferred).

• Strong web and computer skills

• Familiarity with E-commerce

• Microsoft Excel/Google sheets proficiency 

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in the automotive, off-road, or motorsports industry is a plus.

• Forklift certification is a plus.
