laminate, tile, luxury vinyl products, window treatments, and cabinetry. We pride ourselves on 
excellent customer service and high-quality installations.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Flooring Salesperson to join our team. In 
this role, you will assist customers in selecting flooring & home solutions that meet their 
needs, style, and budget while driving sales and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming showroom experience
• Assist customers in selecting flooring products (carpet, hardwood, tile, etc.)
• Provide product knowledge, pricing, and recommendations
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Measure spaces and prepare estimates
• Coordinate with installers and scheduling teams
• Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
• Meet or exceed sales goals

Qualifications
• Previous sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for measurements and estimates
• Ability to learn product lines and installation basics
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work Saturday’s

Preferred Skills
• Experience with flooring materials or construction
• Familiarity with sales software or POS system
