The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily operation of restaurants, cafeteria, and other Food/Bev restaurants for the Devil’s Head Resort.
Responsibilities include managing staff with focus on Front of the House to ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
Perform the following tasks, including, but not limited to the following:
- Hire, train, and oversee front of the house F & B employees
- Inspect and keep clean all dining rooms
- Ensure that employees comply with health and food safety standards
- Address complaints regarding food quality or service
- Schedule (online) staff hours and assign duties
- Manage employee timeclock punch records
- Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
