Now Hiring Office Assistant/Showing Agent
Kris Kohlman Property Management LLC (KKPM, LLC) is looking to fill an Office Assistant and Showing Agent position in a small but extremely fast paced office. The individuals filling this position will work hours and days between Monday - Friday, 8:45a - 4:30p. Office Hours 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Will be required to have a strong skillset in the following:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite utilizing Outlook emails and calendaring, Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls utilizing a multi-line telephone system
- Organization
- Multi-tasking
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and/or with others
- Scanning and filing
- Performing general office duties and running errands
- Maintaining office equipment
- Administrative tasks
- Maintaining supply inventory
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Maintain availability listing
- Assist in collecting rental payments and security deposits
- Ability to perform showings of available rental units
- Processing rental applications
- Drafting Lease documents and Lease renewals
- One call one weekend per month
Along with the above, the individual must have the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Office Experience 3-6 months.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing and spreadsheets when necessary
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Clear background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
