Rescue Dog or Cat Package!

Are you welcoming a dog or cat from a rescue or a shelter into your home? If the organization you’re working with is a 501c3 rescue, we have an extra special package for your new pet to enjoy. Our loyalty program we currently offer through our manufacturers also allows us to provide these new pets with some great options at no charge. To take advantage of this program, please fill out the form below or stop into the store. You’ll need to have the information in the form you see if you stop in to redeem the package. The items you receive will be as supplies are available.

Please note this adoption package is only currently available for pickup at our retail store in Sauk City, WI. Once you complete the form below, we’ll reach out to schedule a day for you to pick up your new family member’s gift pack.
