Wollersheim Winery's Ruby Nouveau Day

Celebrate Wollersheim Winery's Ruby Nouveau 2014, the first taste of the new harvest! Winemaker Philippe Coquard taps the Ruby Nouveau 2014 barrelThursday, November 20 at 11:00 am. This toast will be celebrated with Wisconsin cheese & sausage.

Ruby Nouveau is Wisconsin’s version of a Beaujolais Nouveau, traditionally released the third Thursday in November. Ruby Nouveau is made from our estate-grown Foch grapes and Winemaker Philippe follows the traditional methods of whole berry fermentation.
