Wollersheim Winery's Ruby Nouveau Day

11 am - Join Winemaker Philippe for a special toast at 11am as he taps the Ruby Nouveau barrel. This special toast will be celebrated with Wisconsin sausage and cheese.  Ruby Nouveau is Wisconsin’s version of a Beaujolais Nouveau, traditionally released the third Thursday in November. Wollersheim Winery’s Ruby Nouveau is from their estate-grown Foch grapes and Winemaker Philippe follows the traditional methods of whole berry fermentation.
