Positive Attitude:  Life is not fair! - This may feel especially true as small business owners. We are constantly dealing with uncertainty, trying to adjust to changing customer needs, business landscapes, technology, and the economy. We need to deal with customer and employee issues to keep things running smoothly.  This program will talk about why these unknowns and pressures can leave us stressed and overwhelmed and provide strategies we can use to help us enjoy the journey.
 
Bio: Tina Hallis, Ph.D.is the founder and owner of The Positive Edge, a company dedicated to increasing people’s positivity to improve the quality of people’s work lives and the quality of company cultures.  She is certified in Positive Psychology through the WholeBeing Institute, an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC®, and a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association.   She worked for 20+ years in Biotechnology at small start-up companies and large corporations and now provides workshops and programs that shift they way people think about change, their work, their colleagues, and customers so they can fulfill their true potential and enjoy sustainable success.
