The Sauk County Development Corporation sponsors an Economic Gardening Program which is available to small businesses headquartered in Wisconsin.  Economic Gardening is an Economic Development approach that supports the growth of locally owned small businesses, by providing technical assistance to help companies identify and address their core strategic challenges.  This talk with address the following issues:

• What is the race to the bottom and how do I keep my business out of it?
• How do I uncover and implement my business's innovation strategy?
• What kinds of assistance are available to me through SCDC's Economic Gardening Program?
