We have identified 7 industries that we will meet with in 2016 between January and June.  Our agenda for these meetings is  NO AGENDA.   Simply put, it is an opportunity for local industry leaders to come together and share ideas, brainstorm, develop relationships, collaborate, etc. 
 

1. How do you ensure entitlement does not creep in your family business? What do you do if it does?
2. How do you choose a successor when you have highly qualified family and non-family candidates?
3. How does your family create accountability for performance at the management AND shareholder level?
