Bald Eagle Watching Days 2024

EAGLE DAYS UPDATE!

All events at RAC and Tripp CANCELLED.

Eagle sightings are HIGH- local volunteers will be at the Overlook on Sat and Sunday, 8-4 pm to help you view the birds. The Tripp Museum will be open from 9- 4 pm on Sat, they have a fantastic bird collection upstairs to see.

Wisconsin’s longest-running eagle-watching event is back for 2024! Come to the newly renovated overlook on Water Street in Prairie du Sac to see eagles over the Wisconsin River, or attend one of our presentations at the River Arts Center! Check our previous years’ presentations on Ferry Bluff Eagle Council’s YouTube channel.

The overlook will be staffed with volunteers from 8 am – 4 pm to help visitors find eagles and answer questions!

Please pick up your FREE PASSES to all events at the River Arts Center ticket booth on the day of the shows! All events are free and open to the public, but you must have a ticket to enter.

1:30 pm – 2:45 pm – Raptor Education Group (REGI) – Rehabilitated Bald Eagle Release video & Q&A with Marge Gibson of REGI
3:00 pm – 4:15 pm – Schlitz Audubon Nature Center – Live Birds of Prey Program

The lobby will be open from 9:30 am – 4:00 pm featuring displays, booths, and activities for the whole family.
