Bagpipes at The Glen, an Evening of Celtic Music

Back by popular demand! Bagpipes at the Glen: A Celtic Music Evening! The romantic sounds of the bagpipes will begin the evening at 7pm. Next in the Celtic music lineup will be the Mountain Road Celtic Trio, followed by the ever popular Wrannock, performing jigs, reels, storytelling, and airs from Scotland. Caledonia Haggis (regular brats) will be available starting at 6pm, grilled by the Merrimac Methodist Church. The Durward's Glen 4-H Club will be selling their soon-to-be-famous Shortbread. As always, you are welcome to bring your own picnic dinner to enjoy as you listen to the music. Please bring your own chairs or blankets. Free will donations appreciated, we'll be passing the hat to pay for these talented performers and raise money to help support Durward's Glen. For more information, please call 608-356-8113.
